Waiver required: Every player must sign the physical event waiver at check-in before playing. A parent or legal guardian must sign for a minor.

A Day Built Around Bree

The Fall Bash is a friendly community kickball tournament held in Bree's honor. Register as a team or as an individual, volunteer for the day, sponsor the event, or simply come out and cheer.

Current 10-Team Tournament Format

Our working tournament format is based on 10 registered teams. If more teams register, pool assignments, game times, field use, and the elimination bracket will be adjusted. The final schedule will be shared with team captains before tournament day.

Format

  • 2 pools of 5 teams
  • 2 guaranteed pool-play games per team
  • All 10 teams advance to single elimination
  • After pool play, teams are seeded 1–10
  • Seeds 7–10 play in the opening elimination round
  • Seeds 1–6 receive first-round byes
  • Games are played across 3 fields
  • Each game is 7 innings or has a 50-minute time limit

Working Timeline

  • 8:00 AM — Team check-in
  • 8:40 AM — Captains and umpires meeting
  • 9:00 AM–12:50 PM — Pool play
  • 12:50–1:15 PM — Standings, seeding and lunch break
  • 1:15 PM — Single-elimination bracket begins
  • 4:30 PM — Semifinals
  • 5:45 PM — Championship game
  • Approximately 6:35 PM — Awards
Schedule subject to change. Times after pool play are estimates and may shift because of game length, weather, delays, tiebreakers or additional team registrations.

Registration

Register as a team of 10–15 players or as an individual — solo players may request placement on a team. Team captains are the primary contact. Registration is $20 per player with secure online payment.
