Disclaimer: If awarded a scholarship, you are required to submit an enrollment verification to Info@thebreannaleigh.com. You can request an enrollment verification from the Registrar’s Office of the institution you are enrolled. Your enrollment verification must include your full legal name, legal address, current schedule, estimated date/ year of graduation, and field of interest. Upon receipt of this information, the Foundation will issue the scholarship check to you.

 

If necessary, the Foundation will hold the scholarship for up to one year. If you intend to defer courses, we must be notified no later than one year from the awarded date. If notification or enrollment verification has not been received by this date, then the scholarship will be rescinded and reincorporated into the scholarship fund.
